Just Generous

Sabado, Oktubre 22, 2011

I am infatuated to a guy.I never intended to feel such “feelings” towards him. I don’t want to blame him at all..
…his sweetness
…his charm and bewitching looks.
…his generosity or simply being generous
I am puzzled of this feeling. I just Loved all of him. His smile is differently indifferent. The way he looked at me. I hate it.

Tweetums Twenty

I was high school when I started to learn about Love but still I am exploring. Till I reached my 2nd year High School. I met this guy named Michael. His a sports minded, quiet, I find him to be “mysterious”, has a sense of humor and very Friendly. He used to be my seatmate. We talk a lot of any thing under the sun. I really enjoy his company. He’s sweet and caring. He has this habit of tickling the side of my hips.
And this is a start of a good friendship between me and him. I take it as a good sign of a long lasting  friendship.
But one day, when we had this swimming lesson activity,  I started to feel different towards him. We are filled with sweetness. Everybody started to reverse their attention to us even though we don’t intend to get their attention. But we chose to just enjoy each others company.
On our third year in High School, Nothing so special had happened aside from we’re still seatmates then except our JS Prom.
He was my date! And Unforgettably, he gave me a flower, in which until now i keep for memories sake, and asks me for a sweet dance.
Our friendship goes deeply on our Senior year. But I realize that I have this sort of “feelings” for him. That’s why everything seems to be memorable. We were seatmates then during the first day. I help him out in Math and Physics. He catches the ball for me during PE. He used to be my partner in every dance number. He is my buddy. I call him Daddy.
On September, We tend to get closer. I tend to know him more. and Love him.. And it is so obvious.  My bestfriend Angeline and our other friends used to tease us. Angeline’s boyfriend happens to be Michael’s Bestfriend.
We became closer and my feelings for him becomes deeper. We exchange sweet quotes and thoughts. I don’t want to depend on my assumptions and I’m not expecting that he will love me back.
Until One day…
That Unexpected Day..
December 20, 2007
He officially told me that he LOVES me..
Sweet.

Young Love called "Puppy"

It was a typical school opening.A new student in the 4th grade; chubby, bubbly yet simple. And that was me! I entered the class unknowingly. I sat at the last row beside a girl named Julia. She used to be my best friend since then.  My teacher then would ask us about our names and other stuff then our talents. When it is then my turn to speak in front of the class and introduce myself, they were surprise when I started to sing. Everybody made their applause and greet me nicely. A boy caught my attention. He’s name was Alexis. That was the day when simple girl meets rich kid.
Everyday, we fought on a lot of things.. cause he use to tease me every time he wanted to. Yet I didn’t know… that is the only way he wanted me to notice him. ‘coz just then from the start he fell in love with the chubby little girl. Me!
But where does puppy love goes?
Ofcourse, We’re too young then. I don’t have any idea of having a boyfriend. And I’m clueless with how LOVE and RELATIONSHIP works.
As the school year ends… He wrote me a letter, telling me that he loves me. I don’t know how to answer him back. He even dare to call me at home. But I lost the opportunity of saying to him what I feel because I’m afraid to.
And it was a regret of not telling him what I feel. Since then, I am hoping that someday I could see him and tell to him what I really feel for him.

Love Linguist: Finding the Meaning of Love

How do we define Love???
Firstly, Let’s find Love’s meaning in a Human Perspective.
According to Wikipedia.com, Love is an emotion of strong affection and personal attachment. In philosophical context, love is a virtue representing all of human kindness, compassion, and affection. Love is central to many religions, as in the Christian phrase, “God is love” or Agape in the Canonical gospels. Love may also be described as actions towards others (or oneself) based on compassion, or as actions towards others based on affection.

Based from what I found in the Dictionary.com, Love is a noun  profoundly tender, passionate affection for another person. a feeling of warm personal attachment or deep affection, asfor a parent, child, or friend; sexual passion or desire. A person toward whom love is felt; beloved person;sweetheart.
(used in direct address as a term of endearment, affection,or the like)

It is a verb used with an object to have love or affection for: to have a profoundly tender, passionate affection for(another person);
to have a strong liking for; take great pleasure in
to need or require; benefit greatly from:
to embrace and kiss (someone), as a lover.

a verb used without object in which it is to have love or affection for another person; be in love.
